The Beginning
Sams Coal Fired Pizza was founded during the COVID-19 Pandemic by Sam aka The Pizza Don & Lucy Tadros as a frozen pizza company. Shipping pizza throughout the United States and Canada the power couple quickly caught the attention of The Most Powerful man in the Pizza Business. Pizza enthusiast and CEO of Barstool Sports Dave Portnoy. Who gave the brand a very impressive 8.4. After 4 years in the frozen Pizza Business and feeding over 2 million people it was time to open the very first coal fired pizzeria in Daytona Beach, FL. After 7 long months of work and remodeling. Sams Coal Fired Pizza has opened.

New Jersey transplants and owners Lucy & Sam bring you hands down the best pizza in Volusia County. Sauce is made on site using the best tomatoes on the market. Mozzarella and Burrata are made daily in house for the sandwiches, pastas and all coal oven pizzas. With several styles of pizza to choose from, New York thin crust fired in our custom built coal oven. We also make both the traditional Chicago Deep Dish with the buttery crust and our famous Chicago Stuffed Deep Dish Pizzas. Detroit Style Pizzas and our hybrid between a Sicilian and Roman Pizza.
